As a Staff Nurse, you are the heart of the clinical team, free from administrative unit management to focus entirely on the patient. Your goal is to deliver high-quality, direct bedside care.

• Direct Patient Care: Perform head-to-toe assessments, wound care, and hygiene assistance to maintain patient comfort and dignity.
• Treatment Execution: Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• Patient Advocacy: Act as the primary voice for your patients, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively to the Charge Nurse and physicians.
• Detailed Charting: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and responses to care throughout the shift.
