• Medication Administration: Distribute oral, topical, and other authorized medications strictly following the "Rights of Medication Administration."
• Documentation: Maintain precise records of all medications administered and any refusals.
• Observation: Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report them immediately to nursing staff.
• Supply Management: Ensure medication carts are stocked, clean, and organized.
