Privacy Policy
Effective date: To be set before production publication
Med Plus Staffing, LLC ("Med Plus Staffing," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit medplusstaff.com, contact us through the website, request a call, or follow a link to apply for a position.
This policy applies to the Med Plus Staffing website and website forms. It does not replace the privacy notices of third-party services that operate their own websites or platforms, including Rippling's applicant portal.
Med Plus Staffing provides staffing services in the United States, and this website is intended for visitors in the United States. If you access the website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and your information will be processed in the United States.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you choose to provide, including:
- your name, email address, and phone number;
- your facility or organization name;
- the details included in a staffing inquiry or message;
- your preferred callback time; and
- communications you send to us after submitting a form.
Please do not submit patient information, protected health information, or other sensitive information through the public Contact or Call Request forms.
Applicant information
The Available Jobs page links to a Rippling-hosted applicant portal. If you apply there, Rippling processes the application on its platform under its own privacy notice, available at rippling.com/legal/privacy. Med Plus Staffing is the prospective employer and is responsible for the applicant information it receives, which may include your name and contact information, resume, work history, education, professional licenses and credentials, availability and preferences, and responses to application questions.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health information, or other sensitive identifiers through the public website or the initial application; that information is collected only in later onboarding or credentialing steps if your candidacy advances. Med Plus Staffing does not use website or applicant data to make automated decisions or create applicant profiles. If a background check is ever required, it will be handled through a separate disclosure and authorization process as required by law.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, Med Plus Staffing and its service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps, interactions, approximate location derived from technical data, and security or diagnostic information.
The current website configuration uses Webflow, Cloudflare, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile-related anti-abuse controls, Google Fonts, and Adobe Typekit. These services may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, or similar technologies. Analytics and advertising technologies load only according to your choices in our cookie consent tool. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to facility staffing inquiries and callback requests;
- communicate about Med Plus Staffing services;
- evaluate and administer job applications received through the applicant portal;
- operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- understand website traffic and visitor interactions;
- measure advertising and outreach effectiveness;
- send business, recruiting, email, or SMS communications as described below; and
- comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property.
Email communications
Replies to your inquiry or callback request are service communications, not marketing. If you contact us about our services, we may also send you occasional related emails about Med Plus Staffing. Every marketing email we send includes our postal address and a working unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by using that link or by emailing privacy@medplusstaff.com; we honor opt-outs within 10 business days and keep opted-out addresses on a suppression list. Service-related communications may continue where appropriate.
Calls and text messages
If you submit a Call Request, we may call or text the number you provide to schedule and complete your requested callback. That is an operational communication, not marketing.
We send recurring marketing text messages only to people who have given prior express written consent through a clearly labeled opt-in. Consent is never a condition of receiving our services. You can cancel marketing texts at any time by replying STOP (or reply HELP for help), by emailing privacy@medplusstaff.com, or by calling us. We do not send marketing texts before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information:
- to service providers that support website hosting, forms, email, security, analytics, advertising measurement, and recruiting;
- to Rippling in connection with the applicant portal and related recruiting workflows;
- to professional advisers, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legitimate interests;
- in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction; and
- at your direction or with your consent.
Current service providers may include Webflow, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Adobe, and Rippling. Google Workspace may process ordinary website inquiry email. There is no separate Indeed or Google applicant-data flow beyond the Rippling process described above.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising and analytics technologies, such as the Meta Pixel, involves disclosing device and usage information to those providers for measurement purposes. Some state laws define this kind of disclosure as "sharing" or targeted advertising. You can decline or withdraw consent for advertising and analytics technologies at any time using the cookie settings described in our Cookie Policy.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it:
- Website inquiries and callback requests: deleted or anonymized 24 months after our last substantive contact with you.
- Applicant records: kept for 3 years from the date of application or the final hiring decision, whichever is later; records for hired employees move to our employment-records practices.
- Form submissions stored by Webflow: deleted from the platform 12 months after submission.
- Marketing consent and opt-out records: kept for 5 years so we can honor and evidence your choices.
- Analytics and security records: retained under the settings of the relevant provider; our Google Analytics data retention is set to 14 months.
We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, respond to a legal hold, or protect legal rights.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send sensitive, clinical, patient, or payment information through the public website forms.
Your Choices And Requests
We offer the following to everyone, regardless of where you live:
- Access: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: you may ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion: you may ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we have a legal obligation or legitimate business need to keep it (we will tell you if that is the case).
- Marketing opt-outs: as described in the email and text-message sections above.
To make a privacy request, email privacy@medplusstaff.com or write to the address below. We will need to verify that the request comes from you, typically by confirming the email address or phone number already in our records, and we will not ask for more information than verification requires. An authorized agent may submit a request with your written permission. We aim to respond within 45 days and will tell you if a complex request needs more time. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may reply to have the decision reviewed again. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Browser settings and provider controls may also let you limit cookies or similar technologies, and the Cookie Settings link in our website footer lets you change your consent choices at any time. Disabling some technologies may affect website operation. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
Children
The website is intended for healthcare facilities, business contacts, and individuals seeking employment opportunities. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the website, contact us at privacy@medplusstaff.com and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
The website links to third-party services and social platforms, including Rippling, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version with a revised date. If a change materially expands how we use information we have already collected, we will notify affected contacts by email before the change applies.
