- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Mobility Assistance: Help patients transfer between beds and wheelchairs, and assist with walking or range-of-motion exercises.
- Vital Signs: Measure and record temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Patient Connection: Provide companionship and report physical or emotional changes to the nursing staff.
